Robert was born January 20, 1960 in Los Angeles, CA., to Robert Lee Marshall and Marie Antonette Marshall. He was the oldest of three children with one brother, William Marshall, and one sister Deborah LaRocque. Bob grew up playing baseball, basketball, and football, which led him to Kansas for a time to play as a Jayhawk. He was a sports enthusiast and a devoted Raider fan.

He lived in Winchester, CA. with his wife and the two youngest of his children. He was very close to and dearly loved by his mother, Marie. He treasured spending time with his children and grandchildren, and was a amazing cook. He enjoyed a wonderful career at Nilfisk for the past 13 years.

Bob was my best friend and love of my life. He was my protector, provider, and a wonderful father to all of our children. He was known as Bob/Big Bob to his friends, and there are no words to describe how dearly missed he will be. I am so grateful to God to have been his wife for nearly 22 years. He was a Christian man and was recently enjoying a closer walk with Jesus. He was larger than life, joyful, loyal, and he loved his job. He took great care of his family & brought so much to our lives every day. He was deeply loved by his family and friends alike and made a very memorable impression. He was the kind of guy you can count on and he felt that way about his friends too. He was a great friend, dedicated and loving, and was full of fun. He loved to joke and tease constantly. He was a member of the Moose Lodge #261 in Winchester, CA. He was an avid camper, hunter, and fisherman. Intake 2 and Convict Lake were his favorite places to go.

  1. I met Bob when we were sophomores at Northview High School. He had more cars than anyone I knew. He was so rough on those cars. It was always the same group that hung out Mike Cohen,Daren Copping, and at times John Ripoly. He had an Indian motorcycle that didn’t run but he was so proud of it. When we hung out at his house his mom would always make us sandwhiches.his mom made he bat sandwhiches. Bob was always full of life and we considered him one of the luckiest people. He always seemed to come out shining when we got into trouble. Bob and I played football at Mount Sac he stuck with it and I went on to play soccer. I remember him getting a scholarship to Kansas but before he went he got married. I remember seeing him after he got hurt. That was the last time I saw him.i heard he worked for sparklers and hurt his back.i oftener have wondered about my old friend. Now he’s in heaven with the lord. Thank you for being such a good friend.
