Michel, 87 was born in Mouscron, Belgium July 22, 1930 to Achille and Germaine Mullier. He passed away peacefully with family by his side in Bishop, Ca. on March 5, 2018. Not only was Michel an incredible gentleman he was a visionary man as well. After graduating high school he served two years in the Belgium military. He received his Bachelor degree and PHD with great distinction in chemistry from the University De Louvain, Belgium. Shortly after graduating he married Marguerit Glorieux and they arrived in the USA March 6, 1958. Two children and ten years later he proudly became a United States citizen. After 35 years of working in the field of chemistry he retired from Ashland Chemical Co. in 1991. Once retired Michel loved to cruise on ships all over the world, visit family in the US and Belgium and read prolific amounts of books. He came to Bishop in January of 2014 where he made home with the staff and residents at Sterling Heights. He will be greatly missed by all of us! He was a great Dad and friend to me. He leaves behind his beloved ex-wife and friend, two children, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren and is now spending eternity in Heaven with Jesus.
